How to reduce screen time for your child ?


Nowadays children are tech savvy, they are very well aware of all the technology and technological equipment. Being an advantage of the digital world, there are also several disadvantages of it. Excessive screen timings of the child leads to stress on eyes. It also affects their meals, as they don’t have their meals without a screen. It has a barrier on the nutritional requirement of the child. As they don’t eat a balanced diet with screens. Sometimes they overeat or start snacking while watching screens. It can make them malnourished or undernutrition.

There are several ways for you by which you can reduce their screen time.
1. Set up a time period of using the screen.
2. Set up a screen free zone at your place where nobody will use screens such as the dining area.
3. Encourage outdoor plays, let your child engage in outdoor activities more with peers.
4. Involve in communicating with your child, spend time with them, ask them how their day was, what all they did.
